Shipping Information
All orders are subject to credit card approval and billing address verification. Upon verification, in-stock items will be shipped the same business day for orders received before 11 a.m.. To protect our customers against unauthorized use of their credit cards, shipments will be sent to the specified shipping address only.

All items will be shipped via UPS or motor frieght and generally require signatures.

International shipping is available; please call 1-800-657-9998 for details.

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii addresses is available; please call 1-800-657-9998 for details.

We are unable to ship to PO boxes.

International customers are responsible for customs and additional fees applied at the time of delivery.

Return Policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return merchandise to Boat Lift Distributors for a refund within 30 days of INVOICE DATE if in new, unused condition. You must call 1-800-657-9998 to obtain a return authorization number. Please be aware that unauthorized return shipments will be refused.  BLD will not accept any shipment or authorize any refund 30 days from invoice date.

In the event of a return, you are responsible for return shipping costs & re-stocking fee's of 15%. We suggest you obtain a tracking number for your return shipment. Additionally, your original shipping costs will not be refunded. Your refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the product in our warehouse. Products must be returned in new and unused condition.

Please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement. If your original purchase was made by check or money order, your refund will be mailed to your original mailing address, unless otherwise requested.
